Lowe's Cos. rose $.63 or 1.7 percent, to $37.22.

OfficeMax rose $.09 or .8 percent, to $11.85.

RadioShack rose $.18 or 5.9 percent, to $3.24.

Staples rose $.03 or .2 percent, to $13.25.
