Consolidated Edison Inc. Holding Co. rose $.12 or .2 percent, to $58.34.

Dominion Resources Inc. rose $.17 or .3 percent, to $55.45.

Duke Energy Corp. rose $.35 or .5 percent, to $69.94.

Exelon fell $.11 or .4 percent, to $30.49.

PG&E rose $.05 or .1 percent, to $41.76.

Southern Co. rose $.05 or .1 percent, to $44.76.
