NYSE stocks posting largest volume increases


NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume gainers on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Aeroflex Holding Corp. : Approximately 696,500 shares changed hands, a 1,413.4 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.16 or 1.9 percent to $8.21.

Forestar Group : Approximately 1,801,200 shares changed hands, a 1,110.9 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $2.05 or 10.3 percent to $17.81.

Genie Energy Ltd. : Approximately 365,400 shares changed hands, a 818.5 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.33 or 4.8 percent to $6.57.

Harvest Natural Resources Inc. : Approximately 6,073,000 shares changed hands, a 1,666.5 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $3.71 or 40.5 percent to $5.45.

Millenial Media Inc. : Approximately 16,322,200 shares changed hands, a 1,859.7 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $5.38 or 37.5 percent to $8.95.

Office Depot Inc. : Approximately 118,981,800 shares changed hands, a 1,858.3 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.84 or 16.7 percent to $4.18.

OfficeMax Inc. : Approximately 43,826,200 shares changed hands, a 2,700.9 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.91 or 7.0 percent to $12.09.

Tahoe Resources Inc. : Approximately 675,600 shares changed hands, a 869.7 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.80 or 5.4 percent to $13.98.

Terreno Realty : Approximately 821,800 shares changed hands, a 1,194.9 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.11 or .6 percent to $17.19.

Watsco B : Approximately 1,900 shares changed hands, a 1,483.8 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $1.27 or 1.6 percent to $78.39.
