NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume gainers on Nasdaq at the close of trading:

Chelsea Therapeutics International Ltd. : Approximately 29,345,400 shares changed hands, a 3,031.3 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $1.18 or 153.8 percent to $1.94.

Clean Diesel Technologies Inc. : Approximately 845,600 shares changed hands, a 1,667.9 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.09 or 3.6 percent to $2.60.

First Financial Holdings Inc. : Approximately 995,400 shares changed hands, a 1,963.9 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $1.72 or 10.4 percent to $18.22.

Full House Resorts Inc. : Approximately 645,400 shares changed hands, a 1,524.1 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.06 or 1.7 percent to $3.42.
