NYSE stocks posting largest volume decreases


NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

American Income Fund : Approximately 4,400 shares changed hands, a 83.5 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.02 or .2 percent to $8.48.

Blackrock New York Municipal Bond Trust : Approximately 500 shares changed hands, a 91.7 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares remained unchanged at $17.22.

Federated Premier Municipal Income Fund : Approximately 2,300 shares changed hands, a 88.4 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.04 or .2 percent to $16.48.

JF China Region Fund : Approximately 3,500 shares changed hands, a 85.9 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.02 or .1 percent to $14.89.

Latin American Discovery Fund : Approximately 1,200 shares changed hands, a 95.1 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.03 or .2 percent to $16.36.

Nuveen Municipal Income Fund : Approximately 1,100 shares changed hands, a 92.5 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.16 or 1.3 percent to $12.63.

Plains Exploration & Production Co. : Approximately 522,400 shares changed hands, a 86.1 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.26 or .5 percent to $48.33.

Teekay LNG Partners LP : Approximately 15,900 shares changed hands, a 92.7 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.33 or .8 percent to $40.16.
