Mondelez International Inc. rose $.10 or .4 percent, to $28.05.

Smithfield Foods Inc. rose $.13 or .5 percent, to $23.89.

J.M. Smucker Co. fell $.45 or .5 percent, to $89.03.

Tyson Foods Inc. rose $.31 or 1.3 percent, to $23.37.
