NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

CBS Corp. A : Approximately 3,300 shares changed hands, a 81.0 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.57 or 1.3 percent to $41.89.

DWS Strategic Income Trust : Approximately 2,100 shares changed hands, a 85.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.07 or .5 percent to $14.86.

Latin American Discovery Fund : Approximately 4,600 shares changed hands, a 81.3 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.10 or .6 percent to $16.50.

Luxfer Holdings PLC : Approximately 500 shares changed hands, a 96.7 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares remained unchanged at $13.05.

National Bank Holdings Corp. : Approximately 14,800 shares changed hands, a 86.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.09 or .5 percent to $18.01.
