Nasdaq stocks posting largest volume increases


NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume gainers on Nasdaq at the close of trading:

Acme Packet Inc. : Approximately 24,863,200 shares changed hands, a 1,296.2 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $5.66 or 23.7 percent to $29.59.

CTI Industries Corp. : Approximately 22,900 shares changed hands, a 1,067.3 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.21 or 3.6 percent to $6.01.

Concurrent Computer Corp. : Approximately 1,234,600 shares changed hands, a 1,999.8 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.26 or 3.5 percent to $7.75.

Heritage Financial Group : Approximately 208,700 shares changed hands, a 1,065.0 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.33 or 2.4 percent to $13.67.

Hyperion Therapeutics Inc. : Approximately 623,700 shares changed hands, a 920.8 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $2.80 or 17.5 percent to $18.81.
