Grain futures mostly fall, pork prices rise


CHICAGO (AP) — Grains futures mostly fell Friday on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery fell 14.50 cents to $7.65 a bushel; March corn fell 4.50 cents to $7.36 a bushel; March oats slipped 0.75 cent to $3.5925 a bushel; while March soybeans rose 5.75 cents to $14.7425 a bushel.

Beef futures fell, while pork futures rose on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle fell 0.52 cent to $1.2710 a pound; March feeder cattle fell 0.35 cent to $1.4920 a pound; February lean hogs rose 0.05 cent to 87.65 cents a pound.
