NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top homebuilders companies were mixed at the close of trading:

DR Horton rose $.60 or 2.6 percent, to $23.66.

Hovnanian Enterprises Inc. fell $.21 or 3.5 percent, to $5.71.

Lennar Corp. fell $.06 or .1 percent, to $41.54.

Pulte Homes Inc. fell $.31 or 1.5 percent, to $20.74.
