NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

American Income Fund : Approximately 3,300 shares changed hands, a 88.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.05 or .6 percent to $8.61.

KBW Inc. : Approximately 73,600 shares changed hands, a 90.0 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.02 or .1 percent to $15.87.

Latin American Discovery Fund : Approximately 3,100 shares changed hands, a 87.7 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.15 or .9 percent to $16.37.

MFS Special Value Trust : Approximately 2,600 shares changed hands, a 87.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.03 or .4 percent to $7.29.

Morgan Stanley Asia Pacific Fund : Approximately 4,200 shares changed hands, a 88.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.03 or .2 percent to $15.53.

Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Eastern Europe Fund : Approximately 700 shares changed hands, a 95.0 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.09 or .5 percent to $17.88.
