NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume gainers on Nasdaq at the close of trading:

Anacor Pharmaceuticals Inc. : Approximately 2,780,900 shares changed hands, a 1,139.7 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $1.06 or 20.5 percent to $4.11.

Georgetown Bancorp Inc. : Approximately 20,600 shares changed hands, a 3,713.4 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.10 or .9 percent to $11.20.

Home Federal Bancorp of Louisiana : Approximately 126,400 shares changed hands, a 1,662.2 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares remained unchanged at $17.70.

Image Sensing Systems Inc. : Approximately 42,700 shares changed hands, a 1,660.0 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.03 or .6 percent to $5.15.
