Coventry Health Care Inc. fell $.01 or percent, to $45.19.

Humana Inc. fell $.19 or .3 percent, to $71.32.

UnitedHealth Group fell $.02 or percent, to $54.38.

WellPoint fell $.17 or .3 percent, to $62.25.
