NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Central European and Russia Fund Inc. : Approximately 5,100 shares changed hands, a 90.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.04 or .1 percent to $34.79.

Denali Fund : Approximately 200 shares changed hands, a 92.4 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.09 or .5 percent to $17.38.

Hubbell A : Approximately 100 shares changed hands, a 95.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $1.12 or 1.4 percent to $78.78.

JMP Group Inc. : Approximately 2,100 shares changed hands, a 92.7 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.13 or 2.0 percent to $6.26.

MacGray Corp. : Approximately 1,600 shares changed hands, a 87.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.21 or 1.7 percent to $11.90.
