NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Cott Corp. : Approximately 64,100 shares changed hands, a 80.4 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.05 or .6 percent to $8.46.

McCormick voting : Approximately 300 shares changed hands, a 82.6 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.23 or .4 percent to $64.79.

Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Eastern Europe Fund : Approximately 700 shares changed hands, a 95.5 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares remained unchanged at $17.36.

Nortel Inversora SA : Approximately 400 shares changed hands, a 91.6 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.09 or .6 percent to $14.60.

Regional Management Corp. : Approximately 2,600 shares changed hands, a 89.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.06 or .3 percent to $17.35.
