NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top managed care companies were mixed at the close of trading:

Aetna fell $1.58 or 3.4 percent, to $44.38.

Cigna Corp. fell $.52 or .9 percent, to $54.42.

Coventry Health Care Inc. fell $.58 or 1.3 percent, to $44.25.

Humana Inc. fell $1.27 or 1.9 percent, to $66.01.

UnitedHealth Group fell $.69 or 1.3 percent, to $51.40.

WellPoint rose $.33 or .6 percent, to $60.07.
