NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top homebuilders companies were mixed at the close of trading:

DR Horton fell $.08 or .4 percent, to $20.73.

Hovnanian Enterprises Inc. fell $.35 or 5.3 percent, to $6.26.

Lennar Corp. fell $.05 or .1 percent, to $41.17.

Pulte Homes Inc. rose $.19 or 1.0 percent, to $19.50.
