NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

CBS Corp A : Approximately 1,900 shares changed hands, a 85.0 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.36 or .9 percent to $38.32.

Constellation Brands Inc. class B : Approximately 100 shares changed hands, a 85.9 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.03 or .1 percent to $36.60.

Haverty Furniture Cos. class A : Approximately 100 shares changed hands, a 86.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.33 or 2.0 percent to $16.64.

Moog Inc. class B : Approximately 100 shares changed hands, a 89.7 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.43 or 1.0 percent to $42.93.

Morgan Stanley Dean Witter Eastern Europe Fund : Approximately 1,700 shares changed hands, a 88.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.19 or 1.1 percent to $17.36.

Nordion Inc. : Approximately 19,900 shares changed hands, a 88.0 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.06 or .9 percent to $6.60.
