Ford Motor Co. rose $.11 or .9 percent, to $12.87.

General Motors Co. fell $.11 or .4 percent, to $27.85.

Honda Motor Co. fell $.21 or .6 percent, to $36.42.

Toyota Motor Corp. fell $.47 or .5 percent, to $92.07.
