Chevron fell $.24 or .2 percent, to $108.40.

ConocoPhillips fell $.48 or .8 percent, to $57.96.

Exxon Mobil Corp. fell $.19 or .2 percent, to $86.73.

Marathon Oil Corp. fell $.16 or .5 percent, to $30.53.
