General Mills Inc. fell $.30 or .7 percent, to $40.70.

Hormel Foods Corp. fell $.34 or 1.1 percent, to $30.71.

Kellogg fell $.37 or .7 percent, to $55.77.

Mondelez International Inc. fell $.29 or 1.1 percent, to $25.39.

Smithfield Foods Inc. fell $.73 or 3.4 percent, to $21.05.

J.M. Smucker Co. fell $1.04 or 1.2 percent, to $85.29.

Tyson Foods Inc. fell $.29 or 1.5 percent, to $19.29.
