NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Citigroup Cap XIII : Approximately 34,400 shares changed hands, a 82.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.08 or .3 percent to $27.84.

Luxfer Holdings PLC : Approximately 700 shares changed hands, a 98.9 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.05 or .4 percent to $11.72.

Manchester United Ltd. : Approximately 17,600 shares changed hands, a 87.6 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.03 or .2 percent to $13.96.

Mexico Equity & Income Fund : Approximately 1,700 shares changed hands, a 92.7 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares remained unchanged at $14.19.

Nuveen Connecticut Premium Income Municipal Fund : Approximately 5,300 shares changed hands, a 76.6 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.06 or .4 percent to $14.21.
