NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Assisted Living : Approximately 40,100 shares changed hands, a 72.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.14 or 1.5 percent to $9.50.

Citigroup Cap XIII : Approximately 32,400 shares changed hands, a 83.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.02 or .1 percent to $27.92.

Ducommun Inc. : Approximately 8,300 shares changed hands, a 80.3 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.03 or .2 percent to $16.37.

Forest City Enterprises Inc. class B : Approximately 100 shares changed hands, a 85.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.22 or 1.4 percent to $16.42.
