Consolidated Edison Inc. Holding Co. rose $.03 or .1 percent, to $56.43.

Dominion Resources Inc. rose $.25 or .5 percent, to $52.05.

Duke Energy Corp. rose $.08 or .1 percent, to $64.83.

Exelon fell $.20 or .7 percent, to $29.92.

PG&E rose $.12 or .3 percent, to $41.63.

Southern Co. rose $.18 or .4 percent, to $43.50.
