NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Amrep Corp. : Approximately 1,600 shares changed hands, a 89.7 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.42 or 4.2 percent to $10.29.

First Trust Mortgage Income Fund : Approximately 4,500 shares changed hands, a 81.6 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.07 or .4 percent to $18.12.

Luxfer Holdings PLC : Approximately 7,000 shares changed hands, a 88.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.59 or 4.9 percent to $11.35.

Nortel Inversora SA : Approximately 1,300 shares changed hands, a 82.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.19 or 1.5 percent to $13.29.

Oiltanking Partners LP : Approximately 8,000 shares changed hands, a 75.4 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.05 or .1 percent to $34.70.
