McDonald's Corp. rose $.17 or .2 percent, to $89.79.

Panera rose $.31 or .2 percent, to $160.35.

Papa John's International Inc. rose $.38 or .7 percent, to $52.67.

Starbucks Corp. rose $.61 or 1.1 percent, to $53.80.
