Best Buy fell $.29 or 2.3 percent, to $12.11.

Home Depot Inc. rose $.09 or .1 percent, to $63.13.

Lowe's Cos. fell $.13 or .4 percent, to $34.68.

OfficeMax rose $.22 or 2.3 percent, to $9.75.

RadioShack rose $.06 or 2.8 percent, to $2.03.

Staples rose $.26 or 2.3 percent, to $11.59.

TJX Companies fell $.36 or .8 percent, to $42.73.
