Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. fell $.14 or .4 percent, to $32.53.

Hospira rose $.41 or 1.4 percent, to $30.59.

Johnson & Johnson rose $.26 or .4 percent, to $69.91.

Eli Lilly & Co. rose $.36 or .7 percent, to $49.28.

Merck rose $.04 or .1 percent, to $44.48.

Pfizer unchanged at $25.09.
