CSX rose $.07 or .4 percent, to $19.64.

Canadian National Railway Co. rose $.39 or .4 percent, to $89.57.

Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. rose $1.79 or 1.9 percent, to $93.62.

Kansas City Southern rose $.32 or .4 percent, to $76.73.

Norfolk Southern Corp. rose $.78 or 1.3 percent, to $60.21.

Union Pacific rose $.94 or .8 percent, to $122.37.
