Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. rose $1.21 or 2.1 percent, to $60.16.

Best Buy rose $.13 or 1.1 percent, to $11.70.

Home Depot Inc. rose $.73 or 1.1 percent, to $64.82.

Lowe's Cos. rose $.60 or 1.7 percent, to $35.15.

OfficeMax rose $.06 or .6 percent, to $9.55.

RadioShack unchanged at $1.91.

Staples rose $.11 or .9 percent, to $11.91.

TJX Companies rose $.45 or 1.0 percent, to $43.91.
