NEW YORK (AP) — Shares of some top silver companies are mixed at 10 a.m.:
Hecla Mining Co. rose $.08 or 1.4 percent, to $5.79.
Pan American Silver Corp. rose $.03 or .2 percent, to $19.08.
Silver Standard Resources Inc. fell $.08 or .6 percent, to $13.73.
Silver Wheaton rose $.14 or .4 percent, to $36.58.
