Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. rose $.26 or .8 percent, to $32.41.

Hospira fell $.12 or .4 percent, to $29.24.

Johnson & Johnson fell $.08 or .1 percent, to $69.59.

Eli Lilly & Co. rose $.23 or .5 percent, to $47.42.

Merck rose $.33 or .8 percent, to $43.89.

Pfizer rose $.07 or .3 percent, to $24.35.
