Aetna rose $.14 or .3 percent, to $41.85.

Cigna Corp. fell $.05 or .1 percent, to $51.85.

Coventry Health Care Inc. rose $.05 or .1 percent, to $43.00.

Humana Inc. fell $.29 or .4 percent, to $66.66.

UnitedHealth Group rose $.23 or .4 percent, to $53.14.

WellPoint fell $.32 or .6 percent, to $55.62.
