PRGX Global Inc. fell 8.1 percent to $6.79.

Donegal Group B fell 7.8 percent to $19.26.

Net Element Intl fell 7.3 percent to $5.05.

Procera Networks Inc. fell 6.2 percent to $20.50.

State Investors Bancorp Inc. fell 5.8 percent to $12.62.

Carrollton Bancorp fell 5.7 percent to $5.46.

Technical Communications Corp. fell 5.3 percent to $5.35.
