NYSE stocks posting largest volume increases


NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume gainers on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Asia Tigers Fund : Approximately 51,100 shares changed hands, a 626.3 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.04 or .3 percent to $13.35.

Federated Premier Municipal Income Fund : Approximately 75,300 shares changed hands, a 535.3 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.20 or 1.2 percent to $16.56.

First Marblehead Corp. : Approximately 1,128,300 shares changed hands, a 682.1 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.03 or 4.4 percent to $.69.

Flowers Foods Inc. : Approximately 4,077,800 shares changed hands, a 569.0 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $2.06 or 10.2 percent to $22.32.

Just Energy Group : Approximately 736,800 shares changed hands, a 526.9 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.33 or 3.9 percent to $8.07.

Nuveen Arizona Premium Income : Approximately 36,400 shares changed hands, a 479.3 percent increase over its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.35 or 2.3 percent to $15.56.
