Kohl's Corp. fell $.46 or .9 percent, to $51.20.

Macy's Inc. fell $.28 or .7 percent, to $38.65.

Nordstrom fell $.20 or .4 percent, to $54.59.

J.C. Penney Co. fell $1.22 or 5.9 percent, to $19.42.

Saks fell $.03 or .3 percent, to $10.02.

Sears Holdings Corp. fell $.99 or 1.6 percent, to $61.52.

TJX Companies rose $.17 or .4 percent, to $40.90.
