Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. fell $.42 or 1.3 percent, to $32.85.

Hospira rose $.43 or 1.4 percent, to $30.99.

Johnson & Johnson fell $.60 or .8 percent, to $70.41.

Eli Lilly & Co. fell $.25 or .5 percent, to $48.53.

Merck fell $.78 or 1.7 percent, to $45.15.

Pfizer fell $.18 or .7 percent, to $24.31.
