eBay rose $.43 or .9 percent, to $49.78.

Google rose $1.59 or .2 percent, to $684.55.

Groupon Inc. fell $.04 or 1.0 percent, to $3.86.

LinkedIn Corp. fell $2.76 or 2.6 percent, to $104.54.

Yahoo rose $.09 or .5 percent, to $17.46.

Zynga Inc. rose $.01 or .7 percent, to $2.26.
