BP PLC fell $.36 or .8 percent, to $42.18.

Chevron unchanged at $108.37.

ConocoPhillips fell $.11 or .2 percent, to $57.54.

Exxon Mobil Corp. fell $.26 or .3 percent, to $90.01.

Marathon Oil Corp. fell $.15 or .5 percent, to $29.80.
