Aetna fell $.27 or .6 percent, to $43.73.

Cigna Corp. rose $.42 or .8 percent, to $53.51.

Coventry Health Care Inc. fell $.08 or .2 percent, to $43.69.

Humana Inc. fell $.60 or .8 percent, to $74.61.

UnitedHealth Group fell $.38 or .7 percent, to $55.67.

WellPoint fell $.39 or .6 percent, to $60.75.
