November 05, 2012

NEW YORK (AP) — About 750 workers have resumed construction at the World Trade Center site in Lower Manhattan.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo said Monday that more than 85 percent of the storm surge at the 16-acre site has been pumped out.

It also was the first day since the superstorm that major cranes were being used at One World Trade Center and at the PATH transit hub.
