NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

BRT Realty Trust : Approximately 200 shares changed hands, a 92.1 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares remained unchanged at $6.23.

Blackrock New York Municipal Bond Trust : Approximately 300 shares changed hands, a 90.6 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.05 or .3 percent to $16.71.

Citigroup Cap XIII : Approximately 7,300 shares changed hands, a 96.2 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.02 or .1 percent to $27.92.

Engility Holdings Inc. : Approximately 15,900 shares changed hands, a 92.0 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.16 or .8 percent to $18.98.
