Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. rose $.11 or .3 percent, to $33.59.

Hospira fell $.17 or .5 percent, to $30.81.

Johnson & Johnson fell $.25 or .3 percent, to $71.25.

Eli Lilly & Co. fell $.08 or .2 percent, to $49.02.

Merck rose $.41 or .9 percent, to $46.35.

Pfizer rose $.20 or .8 percent, to $24.75.
