NEW YORK (AP) — A look at the 10 biggest volume decliners on New York Stock Exchange at the close of trading:

Asia Tigers Fund : Approximately 100 shares changed hands, a 98.4 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.09 or .6 percent to $13.93.

Ducommun Inc. : Approximately 9,200 shares changed hands, a 86.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.33 or 2.5 percent to $13.64.

EPAM Systems Inc. : Approximately 29,800 shares changed hands, a 83.5 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.02 or .1 percent to $17.98.

GSE Holding Inc. : Approximately 7,500 shares changed hands, a 84.1 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares fell $.11 or 1.4 percent to $7.96.

New Germany Fund : Approximately 4,500 shares changed hands, a 86.8 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $.15 or 1.0 percent to $15.72.

Hubbell A : Approximately 100 shares changed hands, a 90.9 decrease from its 65-day average volume. The shares rose $1.49 or 2.0 percent to $77.79.
