CSC gets $54M order to conduct investigations
FALLS CHURCH, Va. (AP) — Computer Sciences Corp., which provides information technology services to a wide range of industries, said Friday it won a $54 million task order to conduct background investigations for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office.
CSC will do the investigations on federal and contractor applicants and other reports to demonstrate if the candidates are suitable for employment. It will use its web-based case-management application to manage the cases and provide ICE with real-time access to cases.
The order has a one-year base period and four option years, for a total value of $54 million.
Shares fell 15 cents to close at $30.59.
