Barrick Gold Corp. fell $.36 or .9 percent, to $38.55.

Gold Fields rose $.07 or .6 percent, to $12.00.

GoldCorp. fell $.85 or 2.0 percent, to $41.72.

Newmont Mining Corp. fell $.32 or .6 percent, to $53.51.
