Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. fell $.33 or 1.0 percent, to $32.91.

Hospira fell $.06 or .2 percent, to $30.48.

Johnson & Johnson rose $.23 or .3 percent, to $71.12.

Eli Lilly & Co. fell $.75 or 1.4 percent, to $51.16.

Merck rose $.19 or .4 percent, to $46.08.

Pfizer rose $.17 or .7 percent, to $25.36.
