Caterpillar fell $.49 or .6 percent, to $83.09.

Deere & Co. fell $.54 or .6 percent, to $84.49.

Manitowoc fell $.06 or .4 percent, to $14.12.

Terex fell $.17 or .7 percent, to $23.00.
