Carnival rose $.26 or .7 percent, to $38.45.

Las Vegas Sands Corp. fell $.07 or .2 percent, to $45.21.

MGM Resorts International fell $.05 or .5 percent, to $11.01.

Marriott International Inc. rose $.41 or 1.1 percent, to $37.94.

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. rose $.22 or .7 percent, to $32.23.

Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. rose $.29 or .5 percent, to $56.01.

Wynn Resorts fell $.16 or .1 percent, to $115.46.
