Later this month, companies with television networks will begin releasing their earnings reports for the latest quarter. The reports will generally cover the July-September period, though some companies have fiscal quarters that depart from that.

Here's the schedule for selected television network companies. Dates for some companies, including Fox owner News Corp., are not yet known.

— Nov. 8: The Walt Disney Co. (ABC owner)

— Nov. 15: Viacom Inc.
